The Ogden Regional Airport Association™ was created to promote the use of the airport within the community for the benefit of the City of Ogden, the airport users, the counties and cities of Northern Utah, the State of Utah, and the Western Region of the United States.  The facilities offered by Ogden-Hinckley Airport serve the region and are a key link in the diversified transpiration network required to sustain economic growth within the general area.  The Aviation Community enjoys the use of the airport facilities and recognizes that the City of Ogden has taken a leadership role in the development and maintenance of the Ogden-Hinckley Airport facility for regional use and benefit.  The City of Ogden has established a system to allow the private sector of business, and individuals to lease land for the construction, and ownership of hangar and facilities.  The city bares the cost of maintaining the common area with city staff and provides management services.
