ASSOCIATION PROFILE
The Ogden Regional Airport Association (ORAA) was formed to promote, protect, and preserve the airport and interest of all involved in, and served by, General Aviation. ORAA strives to benefit the airport users and business owners and to foster the economic growth of the City of Ogden, surrounding communities, and the State of Utah.
ORAA was started 10 years ago and today its membership consists of pilots, hangar owners, aviation related businesses, fixed base operators (FBO), and friends of the Ogden-Hinckley Airport.

PROMOTES—General Aviation, safety of flight, and Foundation funding for scholarships supporting pilot training.
PROTECTS—Monitor current and proposed City, State, Federal laws and Airport Authority actions to assure they are consistent with FAA regulations. Any and all actions taken by Government Bodies should be fair to the interest of General Aviation and promote flight safety.
PRESERVES—The Airport as a facility for the future value to General Aviation Economic growth to Ogden City, Weber County and the State of Utah.

ORAA also has social activities, parties, fly-ins and fly-outs, monthly Bar—B–Qs in the summer and the association supplies the meat and buns. ORAA meets the first Thursday of each month.
